Workforce Training
Practical AI workflow training for B.C. teams.
Time to Revenue helps employees build job-related skills in workflow mapping, context engineering, AI safe use, SOP drafting, and implementation readiness.
Why Training First
Most businesses should not jump straight into automation.
Before a business can benefit from AI tools or automated workflows, employees need to understand the work itself. That means being able to map processes, document procedures, identify what should and should not be automated, and structure business context clearly.
Workforce training builds those skills. Teams learn to see their workflows clearly, work with AI tools safely, and produce documentation that makes implementation — when it happens — faster and more reliable.
Workflows need to be mapped before they can be automated
Teams need AI safe-use judgment before adopting AI tools
SOPs need to exist before processes can be handed off
Business context needs to be structured before AI can use it well
Implementation readiness starts with skills, not software
