AI Workflow Skills Training · B.C.
AI workflow skills training for B.C. teams.
Practical, structured training that teaches teams how to identify repetitive workflows, use AI safely, document SOPs, complete context engineering exercises, and build workflow architecture.
This is skills training, not consulting, not done-for-you automation. Participants leave with practical knowledge and structured deliverables they can act on.
What the Training Covers
Five practical modules, built around real workflows.
Workflow selection and mapping exercise
Identify which tasks repeat most, where time is being lost, and which workflows are candidates for simplification or automation.
AI tools and safe use practices
Understand what current AI tools can and cannot do, what to avoid sharing with AI, and how to protect business and client data.
SOP documentation with AI assistance
Use AI to draft, refine, and structure standard operating procedures that are clear, repeatable, and useful to the whole team.
Context engineering for repeatable work
Complete context engineering exercises for common role-specific tasks, such as writing, summarising, drafting responses, and preparing reports, that reduce repeated effort.
Workflow architecture exercises
Document the processes the team has mapped and assessed, with enough clarity for the team to act on after training.
Who It Is For

FAQ
Common questions
No. This is skills training. Participants learn to apply practical AI and workflow techniques to their own work. Automations are not built for you as part of the training programme. Separate implementation support is available after training if needed.
Eligible B.C. employers may be able to apply for the B.C. Employer Training Grant. Employers must apply directly, and approval is not guaranteed. We can provide a course outline, learning outcomes, schedule, and invoice for the employer's own application.
Training can be delivered in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid format depending on your team's location and preferences. We work with B.C.-based employers and adjust the format to fit your team's schedule.
Participants complete documented workflow maps, context engineering exercises, and at least one updated SOP. If your team identifies specific opportunities during training, separate implementation support is available as a distinct engagement.
After Training
Separate implementation support is available.
The training programme is focused on skills and structured deliverables. If your team identifies specific automation or workflow implementation priorities during the programme, separate advisory and implementation support can be discussed after training is complete.
Implementation support is a separate engagement and is not included in the training programme.
